Hard rules:- Obvious things out of the way first; if you commission me for / buy a physical item from my shop please make sure you’re comfortable with giving me your address to ship the final product to! For commissions I ask for an address after completion of the project, and addresses are not kept on record. When giving the address you must include name, street number/name, apt number if applicable, city name, state, and zipcode. If you are outside the US use your country’s mailing format.- If you do not specify a name for the shipping address, the name I’ll be using to send your package is whichever name/username you reach out to me under.- I take payment before I start on the project, but do ask if you want to do a payment plan! If you elect to go for a payment plan I will start on the project when you’ve paid at least 25% of your total and I will only ship the final product once it’s paid off in full.- My crochet pattern PDFs are not sold/distributed anywhere outside my Ko-Fi page and my Etsy, which are both under Xikeb. Even if a pattern is free please do not share the PDF directly and direct people to my page instead! You do have permission to sell finished projects that were made using my patterns, as long as you credit me as the original designer.- I have the right to turn down a commission or stop working with a client at any time, for any reason. In the event of me canceling a commission post payment you will get a full refund.- In the event that a commission is canceled by you after I’ve started working on the project, you will only receive a 75% refund. This is so that I do not lose money on materials and any time spent working on your commission. Exceptions apply if the reason for you canceling is an unexcused wait of two months or over between updates, in that case a full refund will be issued.Preferences (flexible on these):- I prefer not to ship to P.O. boxes! Not a big deal if that’s what you want to use but if you are comfortable providing an address that I can ship to by UPS it’s a big plus.- When discussing payment, please let me know if you want to use a payment method other than PayPal. I vastly prefer to send a PayPal invoice the majority of the time but if there’s something that would work better for you do run it by me!
